Modified MM2 EXE Patch

The first release by Diatosta is an awesome one. This is a modified Midtown Madness 2 executable that bypasses the mm2.lock file checking when launching the game, removes the 3 cops chasing limit, and won’t kick you out a multiplayer gameplay when you minimize the game. Two variants are including, one with and one without the Instant Replay feature, originally added by MM2 Revisited 5.1 mod.
